DANBURY, Conn. — A steady stream of voters was reported Tuesday afternoon at polling places in Danbury, including at the War Memorial and at Danbury High School.

Poll workers said that they were keeping busy and that turnout was strong. 

Many parents brought along their children to possibly view history with the race between Republican Donald Trump and Democrat Hillary Clinton, who could be the first female president.

There's still plenty of time to vote: Polls are open in Connecticut until 8 p.m. Tuesday.
